Can I modify my order once it has been validated?
Once your order has been validated by the system, it is no longer possible to modify it. In the event of a problem, please contact our customer service.
What happens if an item is no longer available?
In principle, as soon as an item is out of stock, we indicate this on our online shop and the item can no longer be ordered. If an item in your order is out of stock, you will be informed as soon as possible and it will be delivered at a later date.
What is the status of my order?
Orders are normally processed within 24 hours and delivery takes between 2 and 5 working days, depending on the region. If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact our customer service department.
How do I use my promotional code?
If you have a promotional code, simply enter it in the appropriate field when placing your order. The amount will then be automatically deducted from the total before you pay for your order.
What if I can’t enter my promotional code?
If for some reason, your promo code is not working properly, please select “invoice” as your method of payment. Enter the promo code or the name of the promotion in the comments field during checkout. Once we have confirmed its validity, the discount will be taken into account and the amount will be manually deducted from your invoice.

How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Yes. Roger Remondeulaz, grandson of Germaine Maye, is our head of viticulture. His daughter, Claire Remondeulaz, also works at MAYE as a cellar master.
