A descendant of the illustrious Pinot Noir, this Diolinoir from central Valais is velvety red, almost black, colour. A fragrant wine of roasted scents, blackberries and cloves, structured and dense on the palate.
Enjoy with roast lamb, atriaux (Swiss sausage meatballs), chamois stew or a flavourful hare dish. It can also be cellared for a few years to develop its aromas.
