Intense and complex
An intense and complex nose, where spices and wild berries mingle. Its palate is full-bodied, velvety, peppery, with a nice balance between roundness and tight tannins.
Aged for 12 months in oak barrels, this Syrah exhibits the typical aromas of this grape variety. It is a cuvée of contrast, elegant, and refined, with a Bordeaux-like reflection in its color, and has great aging potential.
It will accompany your main dishes, grilled meats, juicy burgers or even forest-inspired tagliatelle dishes.
