Le Chât-Pritz – a refreshing summer cocktail

What could be more refreshing than a delicious Châ-pritz🍾 to get you through these scorching days? Discover our latest creation made with our Châtellenie, a delicate sparkling wine produced using the traditional Champagne method.

Ingredients

6 ice cubes

4cl Aperol

6cl Châtellenie

2cl sparkling water

1 orange slice

Place the ice cubes at the bottom of the glass.

Pour the Aperol and Châtellenie over the ice and top up with sparkling water.

Cut a nice juicy slice of orange and add it to the cocktail.

Stir everything together and enjoy your refreshing drink on the terrace or with your feet in the water!
