- 1 blood orange zest
Recipe description
1. Preparing the glasses
Start by placing the cocktail glasses in the fridge for 5 minutes to chill, ensuring a better tasting experience.
2.Glass decoration
Prepare two saucers to match the circumference of the cocktail glass:
- Pour a little peach syrup into the first.
- Mix sugar, a pinch of salt and a touch of sweet chili powder in the second.
- Gently dip the rim of the glass into the peach syrup (to a depth of 1-2 mm), then into the spice mixture to create a pretty, colorful, flavored glaze.
3.Preparing the cocktail
Pour 2 tablespoons of white peach pulp into a cocktail glass. Add an ice cube to maintain freshness and make serving the sparkling wine easier. Pour the cold sparkling wine in a slow, delicate stream, ideally over the ice cube. This technique prevents the ingredients from mixing too quickly, preserving the distinct layers and flavors.
4.Finishing and presentation
For a sophisticated finishing touch, add finely chopped blood orange zest to the rim of the glass. The cocktail is ready to serve, as beautiful as it is delicious.
