We’ve put together the perfect evening program for you and your loved ones. We’ll meet you at 6 p.m. directly in our cellar, where an aperitif will be served along with a cellar tour.
The rest of the evening will take place in our beautiful Salle du Muveran, where a subdued atmosphere awaits you. Chef David Berger, a pastry chef who trained with Roland Pierroz in Verbier, will delight your taste buds with a unique menu designed to match our selection of vintages.
MENU
- Starter: seared cod on a purée of forgotten vegetables with chive oil
- Main course: beef pavé flavored with black truffle, rösti basket with baby vegetables
- Dessert: “tout chocolat” (semi-cooked chocolate – cornet and cocoa ice cream)
The price of the evening is CHF 95 per person. This includes an aperitif in the cellar, and a unique three-course menu with three wines. Minerals and coffee are at your own expense.
In the event of cancellation of a reservation (by one or all guests), the following amounts are due to Maison MAYE by way of forfeit: 3 days before the date of the event: 80% of the amount of the reservation. 2 days before the date of the event: the full amount of the reservation.
